At the main bus terminus in Valetta instead of walking in through the gates walk the direction the buses leave Valetta.

Follow this road down and towards the Port.

When you come to the main road going straight down to the port go right and as you walk back up the hill on the first block look for the sign attached to the wall that says "Afda F'Gesu Biss" that is where the prayer room is located.
